Raoul’s passion is sales. His goal is to enable sales teams and commercial leaders to thrive in today’s media market.
He is the founder, director and lead trainer of Flume with over a decade of experience in sales and sales management and over three years experience heading up L&D at UBM, one of the UK’s leading B2B media groups.
Raoul likes running ultra marathons, is normally reading 7 books at a time, and has an unrelenting appetite for every dish available in itsu.
Richard is passionate about ensuring our clients receive a first class service at all times.
He joined Flume in 2011 and manages the day-to-day running of the business. At any given time of the day, he might be working with new and existing clients, doing his marketing-thing, developing new courses and content, managing staff and suppliers, or simply keeping the accountant happy. But he’s always available for a call!
He is a marathon runner, triathlete and sky-diver (well he has done all of these things once) and has recently completed a Total Warrior event.
Joe joined Flume in 2015 after more than five years managing the media sales portfolio at a leading education publisher and conference producer.
He passionately believes that sustainable business can only be won by delivering outstanding results for customers. To that end he built and trained a sales team from the ground-up with that singular focus, and duly delivered.
Joe has never taken part in a marathon, triathlon or jumped out of a plane but he has walked 100km non-stop over 25 hours, which (he insists) is harder than it sounds!
Nicola has over 20 years experience in integrated marketing, communications, digital and project management. Due to our expansion Nicola has recently joined to support Richard in the day-to day running of the business and to lead our marketing activity. She has the job of organising the team and getting us to shout more about the great things we are doing!
